 To provide the safest and most enjoyable boutique boarding experience, we carefully evaluate each dog to ensure Wooftastic is the right fit for both your pup and our family environment.

At this time, we welcome:

• Dogs weighing 35 pounds or less
• Dogs that have successfully completed our Welcome Visit (Meet & Greet)

To help maintain a safe, calm, and enjoyable experience for every guest, we are unable to accommodate:

• Female dogs that have not been spayed
• Dogs whose temperament, behavior, or play style may not be compatible with our boutique home environment

Because we intentionally welcome a limited number of guests, compatibility is an important part of our care philosophy. During the Welcome Visit, we'll get to know your pup's personality, routines, and comfort level to help ensure Wooftastic is the right fit for everyone.

Our goal is to create a peaceful, enriching environment where every guest feels safe, comfortable, and loved.

Yes! Every new guest is required to complete a Welcome Visit before their first stay. This gives us the opportunity to get to know your pup, learn their routine and personality, and ensure Wooftastic is the right fit for everyone.

It's also a great opportunity to meet our family care team, ask questions, and feel confident knowing your pup is in loving hands.

To help provide a safe and healthy environment for every guest, we require all dogs to be current on the following vaccinations:

• Rabies
• DHPP (Distemper, Adenovirus, Parvovirus, and Parainfluenza)
• Bordetella (Kennel Cough)

We also recommend that dogs remain current on veterinarian-recommended flea, tick, and heartworm prevention.

For the safety of all guests, dogs must arrive healthy and free of any contagious illness, fleas, or ticks. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a stay if a dog shows signs of a contagious condition that could place other guests at risk.

Please bring enough of your pup's regular food for their stay, any needed medications, and one favorite blanket or comfort item to help them feel at home—especially if it's their first visit or they experience anxiety.

Please label all belongings with your pup's name. Unless discussed in advance, we ask that you limit belongings to food, medications, and one comfort item.

Our goal is to make every Wooftastic stay feel as familiar, comfortable, and stress-free as possible.

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made 72 hours or more before your scheduled stay will receive a full refund.

Because we intentionally reserve a limited number of spaces for our guests, cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled stay are non-refundable. Thank you for understanding and helping us provide personalized care for every Wooftastic guest.

We're happy to help keep your pup's routine consistent while you're away. If your dog requires medication, we'll administer it according to your instructions as part of their personalized care.

Medication administration is available as an add-on with our Comfort Sleepover and is included with our Signature Sleepover package.

Definitely! We offer regular updates and pictures of your furry friend so you can see how they’re doing and enjoy peace of mind while you're apart.
